Week 1: Freedom From Past Traumas

In this week you’ll watch the 5 Part training series teaching you how to deeply understand the nitty gritty details of how stress happens in your body. You’ll become less scared of those big feels — when the mystery is gone, you’ll feel more in control and confident. This training kicks off the probability of deep cellular level transformation. This includes how to feel safe in your body and environment, how to get grounded quickly and how to tune into the power of your heart.

Week 2: Reset

This week you’ll learn how to reset your sleeping habits including how to unwind your nervous system before bed and what to do when you wake up in the middle of the night and can’t get back to sleep.
